Subbers

Subbers is a platform where job seekers can browse for jobs based on daily wages, listed and posted by multiple companies from different industries. The main purpose of this platform is to provide a daily wages job to the job seekers where their performance will be counted as Subber points. After the completion of each job, they will receive subbers points based on the duration of their shift, on the other hand, the company will shortlist multiple candidates based on their experience and other details like education, personal details, etc. Once the job is done, the company can easily pay them through the system.

Challenge:

The client wanted an easy-to-use platform for both the users who can fulfill the job assignation and completion process in less than 5 steps hence the idea of this On-Demand Service Marketplace Development made us encounter the challenges like, the system was supposed to have a dedicated admin panel to manage and monitor the activities going on in the system, a payment gateway which must allow the users to make flexible payments and a Job Portal Development which should be methodical in every way so that both the users can easily post and view the jobs on the system.
