The goal of this platform was to help Juniperfashion.com in becoming a full-scale Omni-channel brand that will provide customers with a fully integrated shopping experience by uniting user experience from brick-and-mortar to mobile browsing and everything in between. The ultimate goal was to facilitate in making Juniper one of the leading ethnic wear brands in India through this online platform. This platform will give an upper hand in providing the best quality products at the best prices and thus multiplies profit.

Challenges:

The client wanted an E-Commerce solution for the brand to grow exponentially through better marketing ideas. Also, the admin was facing issues with managing the products and sales done from customer’s end and this was affecting their brand value and profit rates. Initially, the user experience was not considered as much importance and the shopping process was full of boredom which made customers change for directions for better ease.
