The client wanted a more efficient and affordable way to find the perfect candidates, benefiting both job seekers and recruiters. Challenges

TalentPick faced several significant challenges in developing its platform. They required a complex profile management system to allow users to create detailed profiles with information such as skills, training, and resume data. An advanced search function was needed to enable recruiters to sort candidates by various criteria, which was a complex task. Additionally, the platform required a secure and user-friendly payment method for accessing CVs, along with solid data security and privacy measures due to the sensitive nature of the data. User authentication and authorization had to be robust to ensure secure and efficient sign-up and login processes, and the system needed to be scalable to handle increasing numbers of users and profiles without performance issues.

Solution

To address these challenges, TalentPick partnered with Owebest Technology, which employed React.js and Node.js to deliver a comprehensive solution. We developed a robust backend system for profile management, allowing users to input and manage detailed information. An advanced search feature was implemented using React for a responsive interface and Node.js for a powerful search engine. We integrated a secure payment gateway with industry-standard encryption for safe CV access and provided multiple payment options. Enhanced data security was achieved through encryption for data in transit and at rest, along with two-factor authentication. User authentication and authorization were streamlined with role-based access control, ensuring secure and efficient access. Scalability and performance were optimized using Node.js's asynchronous capabilities and React's flexibility, with additional measures for load testing and performance tuning to handle growing traffic and data.
